Get ready for a night of great food, friendly competition, and community fun at the 2027 GREAT Steak Cook-Off! Join us Saturday, March 20, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. at the Bay City Civic Center as teams fire up the grills and put their skills to the test, competing for the coveted GREAT Steak Cook-Off Traveling Trophy and bragging rights for the year. Guests will enjoy fresh-off-the-grill steaks, delicious locally prepared sides, and creative samples from competing teams, along with exciting live and silent auctions, drawings, and plenty of fun throughout the evening. Best of all, it’s a great night for an even greater cause, supporting the Bay City ISD Education Foundation and opportunities for our local students and teachers. Good steaks. Great times.
